Htoo Maung Maung received the B.E. and M.E degrees in the electronics engineering from Mandalay technological university in 2005 and 2007, respectively. He received the Ph.D degree in the electrical engineering from Chulalongkorn university in 2019. His research intends to explain the error robustness of different neural video codecs under various packet loss conditions, while also formulating an effective error resilient method tailored to the domain of neural video coding.
