[2011] 1st IEEE Trans. Image Processing paper from MCL
- Chulwoo and Chul’s paper “Power-Constrained Contrast Enhancement for Emissive Displays Based on Histogram Equalization” has been accepted as a regular paper in IEEE Trans. IP.

[2011] CGI 2011
Jae-Kyun Ahn and Dae-Youn Lee’s paper “R-D Optimized Progressive Compression of 3D Meshes Using Prioritized Gate Selection and Curvature Prediction” has been selected as one of 35 best papers in Computer Graphics International 2011, which will be held in Ottawa, Canada. The review procedure was very selective with 220 submissions.
Being selected as one of the best papers, JK and DY’s work will be published in the journal, Visual Computer. The acceptance is meaningful, since it will be our first publication in a Graphics journal.
