Kwanwoong Song received the B.S. and M.S. degree in Electronics Engineering from Hanyang University in 1997 and 1999 respectively. From 1999 to 2006, he worked with the Telecommunication R&D Center Multimedia Lab in Samsung Electronics. He received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Korea University in 2009. Now he is continuing his career in Hyundai Motor Group.

Il-lyong Jung received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees in the School of Electrical Engineering from Korea University in 2006 and 2013, respectively. From 2013 to 2020, he worked in Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. His research focused on image processing and 3-D graphics processing. He is currently working in Korea Research Institute of Standards and Science.

He is a Postdoctoral Scholar as a member of Media Communications Lab. His research focuses on image contrast enhancement, power-constrained image/video processing, and computer vision.
